The augmented Bergstrom-Boyce model is an advanced material model that can accurately predict the large-strain time and temperature dependent behavior of both filled and unfilled elastomers. A modified version capable of quantitatively capturing the behavior of Teflon and other fluoropolymers is also available. This document summarizes some of the basic features of the augmented Bergstrom-Boyce model.
