High strain rate material model calibration with available Tension test strain rate data

First of all, would like to thank you for all the knowledge sharing blog videos. Very much interesting!

Here, I have a question related to Elastic plastic material model with rate dependence. I used Mcalibration with Abaqus Johnson cook material model for calibrating the test data(0.01s,1s,100s,200s) but it did not give me the good extrapolation for higher strain rates(500-1000s).

Would you please suggest the material model within Abaqus list in the Mcalibration to achieve good extrapolation of high strain rate plasticity?
