hi,

with reference to the movie at

https://youtu.be/D3BiR1bkE00

I'd like to clarify that what is denoted as "Abaqus implementation" is nothing but the GOH model, published in

T.C. Gasser, R.W. Ogden and G.A. Holzapfel. Review - Hyperelastic modelling of arterial layers with distributed collagen fibre orientations, J. Royal Soc. Lond. Interface, 3, 15 - 35, 2006

The approach of using generalized structural tensors (the novelty of the GOH model) is generic, and was then used to derive a whole family of models.

The GOH model is a generalization of the HGO model. The HGO model was part of my PhD thesis and I presented it first to the community at The Third World Congress of Biomechanics (WCB '98) in Sapporo in 1998.

Thanks,

TC Gasser
