Implementing user-defined traction-seperation laws in ABAQUS ?

I am modeling Machining of Carbon nanotube-Polycarbonate composites and I need to use cohesize elements at the polymer-CNT interface.

I have ABAQUS 6.7 for my use and it appears to support Cohesive elements. I have two different traction-seperation curves (obtained from literature) that I want the cohezive elements to mimic.

My question is: [B]Whats involved in assigning user defined traction-seperation laws to cohesive elements at the interface?[/B]

I would appreciate any input on this since I am new to ABAQUS!

I suggest that you read Section 27.5.6 in the users manual.

Thanks Jorgen for the suggestion. I will look into this.

Actually, I am continuing the work what [B]Ashu [/B]did on machining PC based CNT composites, by relaxing the assumptions of his model. Hes the one who suggested this egroups..
