FEM simulation of Tensile test

Hi
I have been able to simulate the uni-axial tensile test of a flat metallic specimen up to a certain extent in ANSYS.
But I am unaware how to incorporate necking and subsequent failure of the material into the model.
Any help in this regard would be great.
