Hello, I am working on simulating the loading and subsequent relaxation of a NBR tensile test at a known strain rate. When inputting the hyperelastic and viscoelastic properties, it is required to disable to the prony series during the loading period because the hyperelastic test data already sees the relaxation during the testing. I am using ANSYS 16 APDL. Does anyone know of a method of temporarily disabling or delaying the input of a viscoelastic prony series?
Thank you

I disagree. You should keep the linear viscoelastic model the same during the whole simulation.
