VUMAT or Python implementation of finite viscoelasticity model

Hi all,

I am interested in using the finite viscoelasticity model by Reese and Govindjee https://doi.org/10.1016/S0020-7683(97)00217-5

to predict the rate sensitivity of soft materials. Any resources on its Python or VUMAT implementation will be highly appreciated. Thank you
