Constitutive model for thermal softeneing in CFRP

Hi there,

I am new to this forum. I want to know that if there exists any constitutive model to address thermal softeneing in CFRP composites. The primary observation I have from experiments is, CFRP is getting softer due to matrix burning and showing a good amount of plasticity just before epoxy matrix sets. So I suppose this ductile behaviour should be modelled as palstic strain as a function of thermal degradation.

The issue is I am not sure how to implement it in Abaqus using VUMAT or UMAT, or how can Hashins model be modified to handle this situation.

Any comment on this problem is greatly appreciated.
