I need to construct a FE model of a cracked shaft in order to obtain the vibrational responses of the cracked shaft under different excitation.
I need a FE software which is professional in defining crack elements and although in driving vibrational responses of the cracked shaft.
however, vibrational signals should be processed by digital signal processing methods using MATLAB Toolboxes.
then, I need a FE software which has the following characteristics:
1- can be easily connected to MATLAB
2- be good for crack modeling
3- be good for vibrational analysis (nonlinear dynamic behavior)

I dont know which of these softwares is the proper one? Abaqus, Ansys, LS Dyna and Comsol
Is there any one to help me?
