how to extract stresses from odb file (ABAQUS)

Hello,
I need the Abqus output file .odb in another format which can be read by matlab or fortran. because i want extract the stress and strain data for the particular node or element from the odb files.
How to do it ? My entire research work depends on this step. I have tried all the ways I know.

Ok thanks i have tried also the command of abaqus report and it's a successful way.
