marc mentat simulation of rubber automotive hose

I am graduate student and my thesis is related with FEA of rubber automotive hose,cooling hose.Therefore have a cad design for it and I import it into Marc Mentat as an .igs file.When cad part is imported figure has some extra points around itself.Therefore when I convert surfaces to elements in Mesh Generation part,there will extra elementas which damage my figure,

1- how I remove these extra and unwanted points (REM command is not useful) ?
2- I have a complex model, 3 hoses are connected with one part in the middle of all them. therefore the end parts of all hoses are standing at different angles,and I can not estimate the coordination. But I want to fix the hoses at their end position,therefore I want to draw a surface at all ends.But since I do not know the exact coordinate system I can not add points (fist I add 4 points then make a surface).How can I add point without knowing their exact coordinate system? If I can look at perpendicular at any point I can create a surface there,but how can I do that?

I don't currently have access to marc mentat, so I don't know for sure.
Do you have any other meshing software that you can use?
