Stress Relaxation On Abaqus

Hello Everyone,
I conducting a study on stress relaxation on Lip Seals a part of the project. I wanted to know, what are the parameters that i should be looking for. There are two approaches
1) Constant Stress with varying Strain and
2) Constant Strain with Stress Relaxation.
I wanted to know what are the factors that i should consider. For the later, such as what material properties should i be looking for, any specific material model. My professor asked me to look for creep characteristics of the material, which can be used for input. If there are any examples which can help me with this??
