    Calling mathematica functions from Abaqus

    Hello,
I would like to know how to call mathematica functions/notebook files from abaqus input files. This is primarily for carrying out the entire stress-update algorithm

I don't have Mathematica, but it should be possible to do it that way. What you likely need to do is to create an interface function in Fortran of C that sits between Abaqus and Mathematica.
