Implementation of the Bergström Boyce model

    Hello,
I work on mechanics of polymer since a few years and I recently decide to think about the better modelisation for my polymer. Actually I work on compressible elastomer (SEBS) wich exhibit hyteresis, strain rate dependance, Mullins effect. Usually Mullins effect is seen as a damageable phenomenom and is therefore related to volume variation. I am interested in the Bergström Boyce model because of the Mullins effect modelisation. I can use Ansys where the model is implemented (?) but I want to implement it by myself on Matlab. Do you have a reference where algorithm are detailed ? Another question, my polymer are anistropic (due to the manufacturing process), have you written a paper on this topic ?
I want also to apologize for my very bad english!
Thanks a lot for your response
    Anne

Yes, the BB model is available in ANSYS (12.1).
It is actually not too hard to make an anisotropic version of the BB model. That type of material model is available in the PolyUMod library of user-material models that I developed.
