The book should emphasize on the relationship between molecular design and corresponding physical properties, process technologies, viscoelasticity, temperature dependency, strain rate dependency: all explained from the molecular point of view, testing, ...

Sounds like a great book. Unfortunately I don't know of any book that fulfills those criteria.
