Yes, you can use ABAQUS to determine the material parameters for the Ogden or the Yeoh models. All you need to do is use ABAQUS/CAE and follow the instructions for calibrating the models.

And yes, you can then take those parameters and convert them to LS-DYNA format.

Finally, you can determine the shear and bulk modulus from experimental data. You can use, for example, simple shear experiments and volumetric compression experiments.
