viscoelastic model convergence problems in ABAQUS

Hi everybody,
I have a thermal mechanical FE model which has an epoxy with Tg around 100C. The stress free condition is at 150C. When cool down to 20C, the model runs great. But the model dose not converge when try to start a new model from 150C to any high temperatures say 160C or 200C. Any help will be highly appreciated!

- What type of material model do you use to represent the epoxy?
- What is the effective stiffness of your material model at 160 deg C?
- What type of load do you apply (displacement controlled or load controlled)?

Here's a guess, is is possible that your material model has no significant stiffness at temperatures about 160 deg C?
