My question is
I have a sorbothane "a viscoelastic polymaer and a polyurethane material"
I need to include it in my FEA sandwich structure simulation. First I have to do some kind of measurement to come up with the coefficient(s) in the prony series. What is the best and efficient measurement for my case?

The most appropriate measurement (experiment) for your case will depend on what loading your sandwich structure will be exposed to.
:arrow: What state of strain are you mostly interested in? Uniaxial tension, compression, shear?
:arrow: What are the magnitudes of strain that you are interested in?
:arrow: What is the temperature range you are you interested in?
Two common experimental techniques are dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and traditional tension or compression tests.
