modeling membare with prestress in abaqus and finding natural frequency and dynamics

I have problem with modeling membrane in abaqus tofind natural frequency and dynamics response.

If you have problems, perhaps you should try shell elements instead.

but how i can apply prestress as initial condition to the membrane?

I found the thesis that explain the modeling of membrane, but i couldnt model it in abaqus.
at the end of file the code for modeling membrane in abaqus is wrotten, but it isnt working.
if anybody find the solution please help me!!!
