Dr. Bergstrom,

For implementation in abaqus does the model need a load unload curve to be approximated? I just read your paper on comparing the effects of filler content on elastomers and want to apply this to PMMA. My question is how to best use experimental data to modify the standard inputs into abaqus from material to material in the *Hysteresis suboption.

No you don't need a load-unload curve. You can, for example, also use multiple strain-rates?

If you are trying to calibrate the BB-model (*Hysteresis) then you should definitively check out the MCalibration software (http://polymerfem.com/content.php?9-MCalibration) that I have written. It make the material model calibration a breeze.

Jorgen, Thank you for the reply, I Will give it a try. In terms of M-Calibration do you still have trial or student licenses for the software?
