parallel processing Problem

Hello,
I am running an analysis which includes contact iterations. Contact iteratios dont work in parallel procossing and abaqus gives me the following msg :

Abaqus Warning: The following input options are not supported by parallel execution of element operations: solutiontechnique, {'type': 'CONTACTITERATIONS'}. Only the solver will be executed in parallel for this analysis.

but after this i got the following msg :
Abaqus Error: The number of cpus (16) exceeds the number of cpus available (8).
Abaqus/Analysis exited with error(s).

This msg is not expected since my system will run only the solver in parellel mode! with two i7 prosecors ...so why i get this message?

ps : in all other ocassions i have no problem and the 16 cores(actualy they are 8 cores but double threaded..) work fine..
