rubber analysis

i am using a neoprene rubber tube as a damping material in vibration analysis.
but i dont know what values for K_i, G_i and Tau_i should give??
please help me for the same...

Those parameters will depend on the type of neoprene rubber.
Can you perform some experimental tests to characterize your material?
