Design of PET preforms and blown simulation

hello, I'm from Argentina. I make molds for plastic design and CAM programs. Working with CATIA for design and POWERMILL for CAM programs.

Currently I am interested in calculating PET preform (thickness distribution, drop, stacking and internal pressure) ... the ABAQUS EF is suitable for this?

The official site says that this program ABAQUS is suitable for this ... that you experience this?

Abaqus is suitable, but it may require some expertise accurately to understand and represent the PET.
