It depends on the filler concentration and the temperature.

I am afraid that I don't have the data that you are looking for :(

i have another question. if i want to find service life of latex, how can i do it?
the latex is use as a membrane and the environment temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, and the maximum pressure is 2.5 atm

If it's possible to estimate it will be better..

There are different types of latex that have different fillers added. It is therefore not possible to accurately predict the Young's modulus.
